Founded in 2000 by Soccer Sportsplex, Sportsplex Rentals is dedicated to providing high quality party and equipment rental products throughout Ohio and beyond. Initially servicing the suburbs of Cleveland with canopy tents, tables, and chairs, Sportsplex Rentals found its niche in the market with high quality products and professional service with safety always in mind. Over the years, product lines expanded to include catering items, linens, frame tents, crowd control, and A/V. Our delivery service now includes all of Cleveland, Akron-Canton, Sandusky, Ashtabula, Columbus, and continues to grow as our client base expands.

QUALITY • SERVICE • SAFETY
Sportsplex Rentals focuses on Quality, Service, and Safety. Without one of those principles, we would not be where we are today.
QUALITY – Every tent is hand-cleaned, inspected, folded and bagged after every rental in our nearly 60,000 square foot cleaning facility.
SERVICE – Our Event Specialists are available by phone or email 7 days a week.
SAFETY – Delivery Service Representatives are trained in every aspect and our tents only utilize concrete ballasts when staking is not available.
2020
New facility is open featuring a beautiful showroom and offices. Additional truck added to our fleet to accommodate larger ballasting orders and equipment transport. Website re-launched with more content!
2019
Sportsplex Rentals services its first Indiana customer.
2018
With a growing inventory and a need for greater efficiency, construction begins on a new state-of-the-art facility for warehouse operations, showroom, and offices to be all under one roof.
2017
Sportsplex Rentals begins regularly servicing clients in Akron, Canton, and Columbus, Ohio. Also serviced its first client in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
2016
Sportsplex Rentals begins concrete ballasting tents to increase safety and efficiency. One of only a few companies in the Cleveland Area to utilize an Avant Wheel Loader to transport blocks 350lbs-1,800lbs.
2015
Sportsplex Rentals enters the large tent market with its first 30′ wide frame tent. This Anchor Industries F3 tent is new to the market featuring clean lines, less cables.
